02 / Keep the important things
Give every document a home.
Bring warranties, appliance information, receipts, and property records into one organized place. Keep proof of what you’ve invested, ready for when you need it.
Your home. A brighter tomorrow.
HomeKeep is being built as a free, private home record to help homeowners organize maintenance, improvements, warranties, receipts, and property details.
HomeKeep is still in development. Accounts, uploads, and maintenance records are not available yet; reliable storage, authentication, and privacy protections come first.

Free access, without a real estate marketing requirement.

A place for the details
When was the roof replaced? Where’s the warranty? Build a record that can answer the questions memory can’t.
01 / Remember the work
Roof replacement
Date · Contractor · Warranty
HVAC service
Service notes · Receipt
Kitchen improvements
Project details · Costs
Illustrative record categories · Product in development
02 / Keep the important things
Bring warranties, appliance information, receipts, and property records into one organized place. Keep proof of what you’ve invested, ready for when you need it.
03 / Share with intention
Planned sharing tools will let you choose what a spouse, family member, contractor, or future buyer can access. Sharing a record shouldn’t mean sharing everything.
The 30-minute home organization challenge
You don’t need every receipt to begin. While HomeKeep is being built, gather a few essentials in a place you can find again.
Account creation and uploads are not yet available here. Reliable storage, authentication, and privacy protections come before sensitive documents.
Start with a repair, appliance purchase, or home improvement.
Add the date, who did the work, and any warranty information.
Save the record in a place you can return to. Add another when you’re ready.
Your first record is the first step.
